Bear Cubby
Built with 3-12 year old children at the Monica Ross School in Ojai, Ca.
This “bear cubby” provided the children with an imaginative and real space to hibernate, and speak about the natural cycles animals have in relationship with land.
Built over the course of one week, this imaginative earth work brought together many classes with children wanting to “feed the snake,” the superadobe sand bag in tubular form.
