This project was led by Small Earth UK in collaboration with Hounslow Heath School. It Underneath Heathrow Airport in London, UK, this children’s school incurred air sounds every 90 seconds. This distraction for students led to a vision combining outside curriculum amongst an earthen dome playscape.

Giving students an opportunity to be in relationship with the earth, surrounded by it, not only mitigated the sound but got the children outside, exploring sensory play.
